The task
Bring the search for service requests in Telegram into one place. It needs topic and source settings, a way to review matching messages, and a reply draft that the owner sends manually.
We built a dashboard with separate sections for search topics, sources and history. Search rules allow keywords and exclusions to be changed. Each matching message has a link to the original, a review status and a draft reply.
Constraints
- Operation requires the owner’s account with access to the selected communities.

- Adding search topics with keywords, expressions of demand and exclusions
- Building filtered community selection and source controls
- Separating new-message processing from available-history analysis
- Adding New, In progress and Not relevant statuses
- Creating editable reply templates that can be copied for manual sending

What changed
