1. Data we process
Information you provide in forms: name, company or website, phone, email, Telegram and a description of the task. Technical information may also be processed for operation and analytics: IP address, page address, referral source, UTM tags, yclid, device type and interaction events.
2. Purposes
Responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, communicating through your chosen channel, protecting forms from abuse, improving the site and evaluating advertising.
3. Basis and duration
Form data is processed under separate consent to review the enquiry and prepare a proposal. This consent does not include marketing emails. If a contract is concluded, necessary processing may continue on an independent lawful basis. After the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted within the applicable statutory period unless another basis for retention exists.
4. Processing and access
The form sends data to the website server. The enquiry, referral source and consent evidence are stored in a restricted Bitrix infoblock. The operator receives a work-email notification. Access is restricted by account permissions; enquiries are not publicly listed. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.
Connecting an external CRM or another processor requires a separate review of the transferred data, contractual basis and storage location. This policy does not authorise unrestricted transfer to any service. Data is not intended for publication or sale.
5. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing the operator.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support website operation and form security. Optional analytics starts only after a separate cookie choice. Declining analytics does not block enquiries. You can change your selection on the cookie page.
7. Requests and withdrawal
Write to the email above. Include the contact used in your enquiry and what you request: information, correction, an end to processing or deletion. The operator may verify that the request concerns your data. Withdrawal does not end processing supported by an independent legal basis. You may contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
8. Scope of this version
This document covers the SignM enquiry form and cookie settings. Contracts, payments, user accounts and transfers to new services require a separate review of processing and documents. Do not send medical information, identity documents, passwords or information about others without a lawful basis.
