What you will work towards
Write AI instructions to identify the task, known conditions, missing information, the next question and a draft reply. You retain responsibility for decisions and sending messages.
What is inside
- A step-by-step 13-page PDF
- Three AI tasks, a worksheet for your own task and checks
- Three fictional enquiries to test the instructions: a clear task, missing conditions and an unrelated request to send messages.
What you need
You need your own text AI access and one clearly limited task. Do not provide passwords, keys, real correspondence or a client database.
Additional costs
- An account and subscription for the chosen AI service are not included. This workflow does not require buying API access, a server, a domain or a messenger integration.
What is not included
Instructions for preparing drafts. This does not create an autonomous bot, schedule, automatic messaging, payments or connections to working services. Responses may contain errors: you check prices, dates and facts. An account and subscription for the chosen AI service are not included. This workflow does not require buying API access, a server, a domain or a messenger integration.
Your first step
For an enquiry about painting four chairs, the assistant should ask for missing details instead of inventing a price. The pack also includes an incomplete enquiry and a test with an unrelated instruction.
