PRODUCT DATA / PARSING
Product and catalogue data extraction
We collect product cards, specifications, prices and stock from an authorised source and organise them for import.
A test sample starts at RUB 5,000. We start with a small, verifiable stage: you can assess the work before committing to a large project.

- First step
- A test sample starts at RUB 5,000
- Focus
- One task and a measurable result
- Control
- Stages, acceptance criteria and the option to stop
- Ownership
- You retain the settings, data and documentation
PRODUCT DATA / PARSING / TASKS
The tasks we address
We establish what currently gets in the way and which changes are needed first.
- Product cards have different structures
- We normalise fields and units of measurement
- Product variants are mixed together
- We define an SKU model
- Images and descriptions are duplicated
- We add duplicate checks
- Updates overwrite manually maintained data
- We separate ownership of fields
PRODUCT DATA / PARSING / DELIVERABLES
What the work includes
We agree the scope and outcome of every stage before the project starts.
- Audit
- Source structure and limitations
- Model
- Fields, categories, SKUs and keys
- Collection
- A test sample and the full dataset
- Handover
- CSV, XML, JSON or an import into Bitrix
PRODUCT DATA / PARSING / PILOT
Where we start
The first phase produces a concrete deliverable you can verify and use even if the project goes no further.
A test sample starts at RUB 5,000. Before starting, we agree on the input data, boundaries, acceptance criteria and a safe rollback point.
- Agree inputs
- Before work, agree data, constraints and expected results
- Show a deliverable
- The first phase produces a diagram, prototype or verifiable configuration
- Make a decision
- The result informs whether to scale, change approach or stop
- Hand over control
- We document the logic and keep the system editable in Bitrix
PRODUCT DATA / PARSING / EVIDENCE
Experience and projects
A sample catalogue, field completeness checks and update rules
We show the architecture, limitations and work completed, without fabricated reviews. For this service, the evidence takes the form of a sample catalogue, field completeness checks and update rules.
- Profkostum
- Catalogue, product data, e-commerce and search demand
- Metallkorp
- B2B marketing, website and enquiry processing
PRODUCT DATA / PARSING / BEFORE WE START
Questions before work begins
Conditions that affect scope, timing and cost.
- Can we test part of the catalogue first?
- Yes. We agree 20–100 records, a field map and an error report before the full upload.
- How do you prevent duplicates?
- We use a stable external key and separately define update, addition and deletion rules.
- What if a supplier sends an error?
- Invalid rows are logged; working data must remain intact.
- Can it run on a schedule?
- Yes, after a successful test import and result monitoring are configured.
