Is your website ready to receive enquiries?

Follow the customer’s journey, record what you have checked and get a list of next actions.

This self-check uses your answers. It does not scan your website automatically.

Is the offer clear to a visitor?

Open the first screen on a phone. Is it clear what the service is, who it is for and what to do next?

Do the menu and buttons work on a phone?

Check navigation, long headings, horizontal scrolling and the enquiry button.

Does a test enquiry reach its owner?

Send an agreed test enquiry, locate its stored record and check its recipient.

Are repeat submissions protected against duplicates?

Submit twice and check the number of records. Test only in an agreed environment.

Does the conversion event fire after the enquiry is saved?

In analytics, distinguish a button click from a successfully accepted enquiry.

Is the enquiry source retained?

Follow your own test UTM link and check the source in the enquiry record.

Does each enquiry have an owner and response deadline?

A new enquiry should reach a specific person; an overdue enquiry should become visible.

Can the backup actually be restored?

Check the date of the last successful restoration test on a separate copy.
